  • Phone number (for OTP verification)
  • Profile picture (if provided)
  • Password (stored as a cryptographic hash — never in plaintext)

Payment & Subscription Information

  • Subscription plan, billing cycle, and transaction history. Payment card details are processed directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.
  • Razorpay order ID and payment reference for dispute resolution

Usage Data

  • Trading signals viewed, courses accessed, and in-app actions taken
  • Signal interaction data (views, entry/exit acknowledgements)
  • Coin balance activity (accruals and redemptions)
  • App screens visited and time spent per session

Device & Technical Data

  • Device model, operating system version, and app version
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications (iOS and Android)
  • IP address (used for fraud prevention and geographic restrictions)
  • Crash reports and performance diagnostics

How We Use Your Information

  • Account management — creating and maintaining your user account, verifying your identity, and enabling you to access subscribed features.
  • Service delivery — delivering live trading signals, academy courses, economic calendar data, and personalised content.
  • Payments — processing subscription purchases, renewals, and refunds securely via Razorpay.
  • Push notifications — sending real-time signal alerts, trade updates, and service announcements to your device.
  • Security & fraud prevention — detecting suspicious activity, enforcing our Terms of Service, and protecting users.
  • Product improvement — analysing aggregate usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and optimise performance.
  • Legal obligations — complying with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion:

  • Account and profile data is deleted within 30 days.
  • Transaction and payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations.
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
  • Push notification tokens are invalidated immediately upon account deletion or permission withdrawal.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms; plaintext is never stored
  • Payment card data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay
  • Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis
  • Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments of our infrastructure

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
  • Deletion — request erasure of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).

  • Objection / Restriction — object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.
  • Push notifications— opt out at any time via your device’s notification settings or the in-app settings menu.

FXIQ operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, the European Union, and India. When we transfer data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or rely on the data protection frameworks of our service providers.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
