Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

FXIQ provides:

• Trading signals — real-time and pre-market currency and cryptocurrency signal alerts with suggested entry points, stop-loss levels, and take-profit targets.
• Trading academy — structured courses, video lessons, and educational resources to develop trading knowledge and skills.
• Market tools — an economic calendar, signal performance history, and a leaderboard.
• Coins system — an in-app rewards currency earned through engagement and redeemable for platform benefits.

All content is for educational and analytical purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annually) via Razorpay.
• All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Prices may change; we will provide at least 7 days’ notice before any change affects your renewal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date via the in-app settings or by contacting support.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or bank in connection with your subscription.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
• New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription payment, provided they have accessed fewer than three premium signals or course modules.
• Refunds for subsequent billing periods are issued at our discretion in cases of service outages or billing errors attributable to FXIQ.
• In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective platform’s refund policies.

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, signals, course materials, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by FXIQ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract signals or course content for redistribution or commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Share, resell, or redistribute trading signals to third parties without our express written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Transmit malware, spam, or any content that is harmful, offensive, or misleading
• Impersonate FXIQ, its staff, or any other user
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without prior written permission
• Circumvent any technical measures designed to protect the Service or enforce these Terms

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FXIQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signals, market data, or educational content provided.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FXIQ AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading losses, investment losses, or financial damages arising from your use of signals
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, data breaches, or errors beyond our reasonable control

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the subscription fees you paid to FXIQ in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 500 (Indian Rupees five hundred).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FXIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may close your account via the in-app settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 06, 07, 09, 10, 11, and 16 of these Terms survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and FXIQ submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India for the resolution of any disputes.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by sending written notice to the other. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of such notice, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.

• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FXIQ regarding the Service.
• Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver — failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
